HEAD CHEF for Luxury Hotel in the Keswick area of Cumbria
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef within our AA 2 Star, 7 bedroom Country House Hotel, renowned nationwide for its standards and Fine Dining within our AA 2 Rosette Restaurant. The hotel has won several awards and is set in the stunning location of the Lake District.
This is an opportunity for a professional and passionate Head Chef who enjoy developing dishes using only the freshest and where possible the most local ingredients. The Head chef will have full control within the kitchen together with freedom of expression and creativity with the menu. The ideal head chef will also have at least 2/3 years experience within a similar operation. We would require a head chef who has previously had rosette experience. Live in for the right head chef could be offered.
Salary by negotiation iro of £25k to £30k.
